The Residents Digital Overhaul
When I came to The Residents, the business had recently re-launched itself as not just an interior design studio but a luxury furniture showroom and sales floor. As such, the website needed revamping from its portfolio orientation to an e-commerce site.
In order to migrate all The Residents’ product information from their old site structure into the new one, I had to become versed in Shopify’s selling formats and their language base (Liquid). I was able to build a new site for the business that allowed users to order personalized furniture options right from the product page, and to place a call directly to the store from all pages
The business has since stepped down from furniture sales, and is now once again a beautiful interior design studio.
